As an Administration Manager (AM), you play a key role in the general administration of the school.

Leading a team of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS), you ensure the efficient operation of the administrative processes in schools and will support School Leaders to meet strategic needs in areas related to school administration.

Responsibilities and Competencies

Administration Manager

Support school leaders in the following areas:

  • Oversee school's operations, processes and execution through a good understanding of prevailing policies, guidelines and systems related to finance, procurement and HR. 
  • Plan and allocate budget and resources. 
  • Harness knowledge of IT and use it effectively to enhance school processes and increase productivity. 

Requirements

  • A dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and work well in teams.
  • Good organisational skills with ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage, preferably in a managerial role:
    • Finance
    • Procurement
    • Human Resources
    • General administration
    • ICT-related roles
    • Project management

Salary and Benefits

Your starting salary will range from $3,300 to $7,700.

Should you be successful in your application, you will be placed on the Management Executive Scheme and be eligible for Civil Service benefits, which includes:
