Adjunct Executive and Administrative Staff (Adjunct EAS)
1. Overview
As an Adjunct EAS in schools, you will work in a school and manage various aspects of the school’s operations, such as finance, human resources, facilities and systems management. Roles
Supervise a team of Operations Support Officers in maintaining school safety and security, as well as logistics and estate management
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Manage various aspects of school operations such as maintenance of school facilities, coordination with vendors for infrastructure/ facilities improvement and maintenance works
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Work with Vice-Principal (Administration) and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and evaluate infrastructure-related project proposals
- Support school leaders in student discipline-related matters
Requirements

- Preferably has experience and knowledge in any of the below areas:
- Estate Management

Salary
Your starting salary will range from $2,500 to $4,400.
Provides administrative support to the school administration team to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the school

- Assist in enhancing processes for the efficient and effective running of the General Office
Requirements

- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, organisation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adept at using IT systems
- Relevant work experience in general administration, finance, procurement, customer service, and/ or personnel matters would be advantageous

Your starting salary will range from $1,800 to $4,400, depending on the role you are selected for.
Support the school management team in promoting, planning, and executing the school's ICT strategies to foster an innovative and engaging learning environment

Facilitate the delivery of Science lessons and practical assessments by assisting in the smooth running of Science laboratories.
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Prepare and set up apparatus, reagents and materials
- Support teachers in projects and operational aspects of students’ learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
Requirements
- Commitment to a 1-year contract
- Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience and familiar with safety requirements in Science laboratories
Salary
Your starting salary will range from $1,800 to $4,550.
Support teachers in the delivery of Design and Technology (D&T) coursework and practical lessons.
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Prepare teaching resources, set up workshops/ special rooms for practical lessons or assessments and guide students in their projects
- Ensure that lessons are conducted in a smooth and safe manner in the workshops and that all tools, equipment, machines and training kits are in good working condition
- Support teachers in projects and operational aspects of students’ learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
Requirements
- Commitment to a 1-year contract
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience and familiar in handling and troubleshooting machines, equipment and tools that are used in secondary schools and safety requirements in workshops
Salary
Your starting salary will range from $1,800 to $4,550.
Provide support to ensure the efficient functioning of the school’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for events
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager
- Assist in maintaining school security, or operate and maintain equipment and materials
Requirements
- Commitment to a 1-year contract
- Prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties would be preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams
- Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively
Salary
Your starting salary will range from $1,500 to $2,100.
