Application
Submit your application via Careers@Gov. After submitting, you may periodically check your application status via Careers@Gov.
- This application is for teaching of all subjects, except Tamil Language.
- If you are interested to teach Tamil Language, refer to Trained Teacher (Tamil Language).
Feb to Mar 2024
Interview period
You will be notified of your interview date by Friday, 1 March 2024. Applicants can expect to receive an update from us within 4 to 5 weeks of the application window closing.
Mid Jun 2024
Assumption of duty
You will assume duty in mid-June 2024 after you are offered a teaching position and have accepted the terms and conditions for employment with the Ministry.
Successful candidates will be appointed on a contract basis in the first instance.

You will assume duty in mid-March 2025 after you are offered a teaching position and have accepted the terms and conditions for employment with the Ministry.
Successful candidates will be appointed on a contract basis in the first instance.
