The Diploma in Business Process & Engineering Management (DBEM) stands out as a versatile diploma and aims to equip you with the knowledge and abilities to utilise data, analytics and modelling tools for making well-informed decisions, optimising and enhancing processes, and efficiently managing resources to propel business success across a diverse range of industries.
You will acquire specialised knowledge in business process fundamentals, business operations planning and management, cost analysis, data-driven decision-making, human factors engineering, lean, process mapping and modelling techniques, project management, quality management, resource management and entrepreneurship and be primed to devise practical solutions with applications of analytics in business operations, aiming to enhance efficiency, improve productivity, reduce costs, and ultimately boost profits.
