Early Childhood Development & Education
Recognised by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), this course aims to equip students with the practical skillset and necessary knowledge to pursue a career in early childhood.
- Applicants have to pass a pre-admission medical examination. To ensure the well-being and safety of children, the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) also requires all pre-school staff to be certified medically fit to work with young children. More details on the medical examination can be found here.
- If you are keen to register as a preschool teacher after graduation, you must obtain a minimum of B4 in your O-Level English Language or a minimum band of 6.5 in the International English Testing System (IELTS - General Training) or any other English Language Acceptable Alternative (ELAA). If you do not meet the English Language requirement, you must ensure that you do so within 2 years of your registration as preschool teacher.
