3. How to apply

You can submit your application for the S-AEIS in early January 2025.

To apply:

1. Create an account for your child in the Candidates Portal (CP).
2. Submit an online application form in the CP.
3. Upload JPEG or PDF copies of:
   • Your child’s birth certificate. If it is in other languages, you have to submit an accurate English translated copy.
   • Your child’s passport bio-data page. Their passport should have a validity of at least 6 months.
   • Your child's passport-sized photo in JPEG or PNG format. Recommended image dimension: 410 x 514 px.
   • (Primary school applicants) Your child’s statement of results for the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test taken from January 2024 for 2025 S-AEIS Primary online application. There is no need to submit the Cambridge English certificate.
   • Additional documents such as marriage certificate that may be required.
4. Pay fees through credit card or debit card (preferred modes). You can also pay through PayNow. These fees are non-refundable:
   • S-AEIS Primary: $340
   • S-AEIS Secondary: $630

GST at the prevailing rate is chargeable on these fees.
