Minister Ong Ye Kung to Visit Finland from 21-27 January 2018

Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills) Mr Ong Ye Kung will visit Finland from 21 to 27 January 2018 at the invitation of Ms Sanni Grahn-Laasonen, Minister of Education of Finland.

2. During the visit, Mr Ong will meet Ms Grahn-Laasonen to exchange ideas on higher education development. Mr Ong will also visit educational and research institutions and businesses in Helsinki, Oulu, and Rovaniemi and meet with officials from these cities. The educational institutions Mr Ong will visit include Aalto University, University of Oulu, University of Applied Sciences, Oulu, and University of Lapland.

3. Mr Ong will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Education and representatives from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University.
