Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)

SIT offers applied degrees with a focus on science and technology, including those offered in partnership with reputable overseas universities.

SIT pioneered the applied degree pathway in Singapore, focusing on science and technology. It offers its own applied degrees as well as degree programmes in partnership with reputable overseas universities - all of which strongly emphasise practice-oriented learning and connection with industry.

The Integrated Work Study Programme is a distinctive feature of SIT degree programmes. During the course of their studies, students can undertake up to 12 months of relevant work to develop deep specialised skills in their chosen field.

Minimum entry requirement

You need to:

  • Obtain at least 2 passes in H2 subjects
  • Have attempted either General Paper or Knowledge and Inquiry taken in the same sitting as the H2 subjects

You may also need to fulfil specific subject requirements for respective courses.

Graduate Employment Survey (GES)

The GES is jointly conducted by NTU, NUS, SIT, SMU, SUSS and SUTD annually to survey the employment conditions of graduates about 6 months after their final examinations.
