The scholars will embark on their career as an engineer with bbp in one of the following engineering teams:

Scholars will undergo an internship with bbp during their undergraduate period, allowing them to have a glimpse of the work environment and a more in-depth understanding of the company’s business.

Once the scholars have joined the company, for a start, they will be placed on a structured 3-month and 6-month induction and onboarding program specially designed for their respective roles. These plans will be guided alongside their mentors who are subject matter experts to impart the necessary skills for the new hires to be able to succeed in their roles.

Along their years with bbp, scholars will also have 1-1 sessions with their reporting managers to communicate their career aspirations as well as map out areas of learning and development.
