DCA is proud to be the architect of the visionary transformation of Keppel Bay, through its masterplan and condominium projects such as The Reef at King’s Dock, Reflections at Keppel Bay, Corals at Keppel Bay, and Caribbean at Keppel Bay. Other award-winning developments in its portfolio include CapitaSky at [SG_ADDRESS] PSA Liveable City, Mapletree Business City II, and Marina Bay Financial Centre.
Its current projects include 8 Shenton Way, a 63-storey mixed-use development set to be Singapore’s tallest skyscraper upon completion, as well as Pasir Ris 8 and Pasir Ris Mall, a mixed-use development designed to be an integrated and inclusive community focal point.
