Explore dynamic career opportunities as a scholar in our organisation. Upon initiation, scholars can begin their journey as engineers, with options to specialise in Civil Engineering or M&E Engineering on construction sites or contribute to planning at our headquarters.
Over the first two years, the focus is on technical expertise, followed by leadership development in years 3-4. By years 5-6, scholars can choose between specialisation and management roles.
