Scholars will be placed into specially designed training programs and receive mentorship from seniors to accelerate learning. In the structured program, scholars are immersed into their roles through on-the job training, technical skills and knowledge as well as soft skills training such as personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and many more. Opportunities are also provided to scholars to identify their own strengths through cross-functional team collaborations as well as participation in project management.
