Through SgIS, the scholars will be given the opportunity to undergo an enriching internship where they will learn the workings of a power plant. Upon graduating, the students will embark on a learning journey. On-the-job training and mentorship will be given to the scholars to ensure that they fully understand the workings of the plant. Classroom and theoretical lessons will also be conducted by senior engineers to help the scholars better grasp the workings of the power plant and its engineering concepts. The scholars will also be sent for various leadership and training programmes to ensure holistic development of their knowledge and skills.
