Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

Upon graduation, Scholars will join KLA as an entry-level Engineer with the selected Divisions (e.g. R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) and progress through the career levels within the company.

As part of the talent development program for the scholars in KLA, they will be given exposure to senior management, additional learning opportunities and chance to take on significant projects to stretch them in areas other than their immediate scope of work.

Regular engagement with the scholars will also be conducted to discuss how they can maximize their learning and contributions within KLA.
