Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars
Pre-service programmes (non-exhaustive):
- Identify a tutor (per student) within our organisation to create the linkage between student and our company
- Provide training on ENGIE’s field of expertise and support in projects undertaken by the scholar
- Invitation to corporate events such as annual party / Top Senior Management visit to SGP office (“meet with leaders”), leadership meetings, etc.
- Provide internship opportunity during course of study
In-service programmes:
