OM Materials (S) Pte Ltd ("OMS"), based in Singapore, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OM Holdings Limited ("OMH") - an international manganese and silicon smelting group with operations across Australia, China, Malaysia, Singapore and South Africa. OMH is listed on both the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Bursa Malaysia. Today, the Group is one of the single largest ferroalloy producers in the region, outside China, and seeks to be the main ferroalloy supplier to major steel mills globally.

OMS is the Group's strategic trading hub that handles the logistics, procurement, marketing, product flow and distribution activities. Core business of OMS includes marketing of ferroalloy production, as well as the distribution of third-party ores to the Group's global network of customers.

With a long history in marketing ores and ferroalloys, OMS has built an extensive trade network and an edge in connecting raw materials with buyers worldwide. Originally established in the 90s with an initial focus on China's raw materials trade, OMS has since expanded globally while retaining an emphasis on Asia.

OMS leverages the Group's economies of scale to streamline raw material procurement and product sales. This is made possible by comprehensive product knowledge and strong operational expertise in international trade.
