Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

Upon graduation, scholars will be led and mentored by a member of the senior management during his/her tenure with Select Group.

With F&B operations as the core of business, scholars will be placed on a structured programme with on-the-job training exposing them to the operations of different business models.

As part of the programme, scholars will be rotated among different support departments (e.g. marketing, finance, business development) to gain a holistic view of the F&B business.

Scholars may have the opportunity to be deployed to Select Group’s overseas establishments.
