Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholars

As a SgIS scholar with DSC, you will undergo an enriching internship where you will have the opportunity to get a taste of what the business does, meet with and learn from thought leaders in the supply chain industry, and work with your mentor to define your career path.

After you graduate, you will enter a bespoke 18 month program, where you will receive coaching, mentoring and undergo rotations to understand different parts of our business and how they work together. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects that impact the lives of people daily. You may even have the chance to lead a team of your own, inspiring them and delighting your customers.

You will be part of Certified, our in-house training conducted by our certified facilitators. You will learn about our DSC Essentials, our Leadership Attributes and unique DHL Common DNA.
