Potential career path and developmental opportunities for scholar

Scholars will intern with the company for about 6 months to 1 year, where they will work in various departments (such as Business analyst, sales development, marketing, operations, IT) to have a better understanding of how the company functions which also allow him/her to explore the areas they are suitable for. Mentorship will be offered by a designated representative in each department. During the period of the internship, reviews will be done to better understand his/her aspirations and goals. He/she will then be assigned a position within the group of companies (locally or overseas) in TEHO after accessing his/her suitability and interest.
