Operations Manager
1. Overview
Operations Managers play a key role in upholding and maintaining the safety and security of the school, as well as logistics and estate management.
Leading and supervising a team of Operations Support Officers, you will directly impact the learning and development of students by ensuring a safe and conducive environment for them.

Responsibilities and Competencies
- Work with School Leaders and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Oversee and review security and safety and emergency procedures to ensure smooth running of daily school operational needs.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors.
- Support in student discipline-related matters, contributing to the holistic development of students.
Requirements
- A dynamic and motivated individual with good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
- Estate Management
- Logistics
- Safety and Emergency Planning
- Fire Safety Manager Certification
Salary and Benefits
Your starting salary will range from $3,000 to $5,800.
