Executive and Administrative Staff (Schools)
As an Executive and Administrative Staff in the School Administration Team (SAT), you will work in a school alongside our dedicated educators and ensure that our students have a safe and conducive learning environment to reach their full potential.
Reporting to the Principal and Vice-Principal (Administration), the SAT manage various aspects of the school's operations, such as finance, human resources, facilities, and systems management.

Vice-Principal (Administration)
A key member of the school management team, responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of school administration, finance, and operations.
Administration Manager
Lead the administration team and manage the daily administrative operations of the school.
Operations Manager
Supervise a team of Operations Support Officers and work with vendors for the day-to-day management and maintenance of school facilities. Ensure a safe and conducive environment for students, which may include the incorporation of smart facilities in school.
Administrative Executive
Provide administrative support in areas such as finance, HR or procurement, including operating financial information systems, to ensure efficient and effective running of the General Office.
Corporate Support Officer
Provide administrative support such as collation and data-entry to ensure smooth and effective operations of the school, as well as support in matters related to finance and procurement.
Operations Support Officer
Provide operational support to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the school. Assist to maintain the general cleanliness of workplace and equipment.
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Associate or Manager
Manage the information and communication technology infrastructure within the school. Oversee the implementation of new technologies and provide training and support to staff and students.
Technical Support Officer
Be deployed as a STEM Instructor (Workshop) or STEM Instructor (Laboratory) (formerly known as the Education Workshop Instructor and School Laboratory Technician) to facilitate the delivery of Design and Technology (D&T) or Science curriculum respectively.
