Operations Support Officer
1. Overview
Operations Support Officers provide support to ensure the efficient functioning of the school’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security.
- Ensure that school supplies are well stocked and coordinate with vendors for maintenance of school equipment.
- Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and provide logistical support for events.
Note: OSOs deployed to MOE Kindergartens will also be tasked to support the teachers in taking care of the students.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.
- Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
- Logistics-related work
- Cleaning duties
- Administrative roles
- Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively.
Salary and Benefits
Your starting salary will range from $1,500 to $2,100.
