Responsibilities and Competencies

Vice-Principal (Administration)

You will work with the Principal in the following areas:

  • Lead and oversee school's operations, processes and execution through a good understanding of prevailing policies, guidelines and systems related to finance, procurement and HR. 
  • Oversee the planning and allocation of budget and resources. 
  • Drive and promote the use of IT to enhance school processes and increase productivity. 

Requirements

  • A dynamic and highly driven individual with strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:
    • Strategic planning
    • Finance
    • Human Resources
    • Student-related administration and operations

Salary and Benefits

Your starting salary will start from $9,700.
